The Madhya Pradesh Board of School Education has announced the results for Class 5 and Class 8 examinations, revealing a remarkable overall pass percentage of 95.14% for Class 5 and 93.83% for Class 8. Approximately 2,368,000 students participated in the examinations held across 110,699 institutions, showcasing the scale of this educational undertaking.

In Class 5, female students outperformed their male counterparts, achieving a pass percentage of 96.19% compared to 94.15% for males. Similarly, in Class 8, the pass rate for females was 94.98%, while males recorded a pass percentage of 92.74%. These figures highlight a positive trend in female academic performance within the state.

The Shahdol division emerged as the top performer in Class 5 results, while Indore division secured the first position in Class 8 results. This division-based performance adds a competitive edge to the educational landscape in Madhya Pradesh.

The examinations were conducted at 12,943 centres statewide, with the evaluation process involving 110,655 teachers working across 322 centres. This extensive involvement of educators underscores the commitment to maintaining educational standards.

Marks were efficiently entered online through a mobile application after assessment, streamlining the results process. Students who did not pass will have the opportunity to appear in supplementary examinations, ensuring that all students have a chance to succeed.

Results were made accessible through the official website rskmp.in, allowing students and parents to easily check their performance. This year’s results were announced at 1:30 PM on March 25, 2026, three days earlier than last year’s announcement on March 28.
