Kolhan University has postponed its semester exams to facilitate the smooth conduct of the NEET UG 2026 exam, which is set for May 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This decision aims to minimize inconvenience for students and ensure that both university examinations and the NEET exam proceed without issues.

Exam Details:

The NEET UG 2026 exam will occur in offline mode.

A total of 611 examination centres have been established across 27 districts.

Approximately 2.09 lakh candidates are expected to participate.

Candidates must arrive at their respective exam centres at least 1–2 hours before the reporting time. The National Testing Agency has released the NEET UG Admit Card for this year’s examination. Candidates aiming for top ranks should score above 650, as the exam consists of 180 questions, totaling 720 marks.

Exam Guidelines:

The marking scheme awards +4 points for correct answers and deducts -1 point for incorrect ones.

Candidates are advised against bringing prohibited items such as mobile phones and electronic gadgets.

Special trains will operate on May 3 to assist candidates traveling to their exam centres.

This year’s NEET UG exam is particularly significant as it serves as a crucial entry point for medical courses in India. Jaipur has emerged as the largest hub among the examination centres, further reflecting the scale of this event.
