Apple to Pay $3.4 Million Over Programmed iPhone Obsolescence in Chile

Apple has agreed to pay Chilean shoppers $3.4 million (roughly Rs. 25 crores) in a lawsuit over programmed obsolescence of iPhone handsets, their lawyer mentioned, the primary such settlement in Latin America.
