Redmi Note 11S Renders Leak Ahead Of Launch

It looks like Redmi is ready to bring another new smartphone to India. Well, we’re talking about the Redmi Note 11S, which is expected to be launched in the country this month. Now the official looking renders of the smartphone have been leaked online, showing what we can expect from it in terms of design.

According to publication which revealed the Redmi Note 11S renders, the smartphone could be launched with a punch-hole cutout on the front to house the selfie camera sensor. On the rear, the smartphone appears to be lending a quad camera setup in the top left camera. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the side. Remarkably, the overall design appears to be quite similar to that of the Redmi Note 11S, apart from some changes in the camera module.

Rumored specifications of the Redmi Note 11S

According to the speculations uncovered in the publication, the Redmi Note 11S is said to be codenamed “miel” and carry the model number K7S. The smartphone is expected to appear with model number 2201117SI for the Indian variant and 2201117SG for the global variant. These are also connected to the Redmi Note 11S.

According to past reports, the Redmi Note 11S is said to be equipped with a camera composed of a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide Sony IMX355 secondary sensor, a third 2-megapixel OV2A macro lens and a fourth 2-megapixel depth camera sensor.

Previously, the publication revealed the camera details of the Redmi Note 11S from the findings of the Mi Code. However, the report did not reveal whether the smartphone will come with a depth sensor or not, as the depth sensor is no longer counted as a camera sensor in the Mi code.

In other reports, the smartphone is expected to come with an AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Apart from that, the smartphone is said to give a 13MP selfie camera sensor.

Under its hood, the upcoming Redmi smartphone is said to use an octa-core MediaTek chipset. It has also been suggested that the smartphone could come in three storage configurations, including 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage.

Since the MIUI 13 is official, it is assumed that the Redmi Note 11S will arrive with the latest iteration of the operating system. It is also believed that an upgraded version of the smartphone will be available as part of Poco M4 Pro 4G in both India and global markets.

Introducing Redmi Note 11S India

The India launch of the upcoming Redmi Note 11s has been officially teased. The brand used its official Twitter name to announce the arrival of the Note 11. The tweet shared by Redmi India mentioned “NEW NOTE 1S COM1NG”, indicating the Redmi Note 11S. According to the official teaser, the device will come in a blue color option and will have a rectangular module. Other than that, there is no word on the exact launch date of this smartphone.
