The BMW F 450 GS combines advanced rider technologies with iconic GS design, targeting a new generation of adventure riders in India. Launched after four years of anticipation, this motorcycle promises to deliver both performance and comfort for its users.
Powered by a 420 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine, the F 450 GS produces 48 hp and 43 Nm of torque. This powerful engine is designed to handle various terrains, making it ideal for both city commuting and off-road adventures.
The motorcycle is available in three variants: Base, Exclusive, and Trophy, with prices starting at ₹4.70 lakh for the Base variant and going up to ₹5.30 lakh for the Trophy variant. Each model offers unique features tailored to different riding preferences.
The F 450 GS includes a host of modern amenities such as a 6.5-inch TFT display, heated grips, and adjustable levers. Riders can also benefit from four distinct riding modes: Rain, Road, Enduro, and Enduro Pro—enhancing safety and adaptability under varying conditions.
Safety remains a top priority with features like ABS Pro and Dynamic Brake Control included in the design. Additionally, the bike incorporates Easy Ride Clutch and Shift Assistant Pro for seamless clutchless operation, ensuring smooth transitions during rides.
The motorcycle weighs in at 178 kg, with a seat height of 845 mm. It features a 14-liter fuel tank, providing adequate range for long journeys. Notably, the F 450 GS is locally produced in India while being developed in Germany—a testament to BMW’s commitment to the Indian market.
