Car Accident Tragedy Claims Six Lives in Hyderabad

A tragic accident on May 1, 2026, in Hyderabad resulted in the deaths of six individuals, including three children. Their speeding car collided with a parked lorry on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road near Exit 16.

The victims were returning home from a visit to the Yadagirigutta temple. Among the deceased were Bolli Shivakumar (37), Bolli Lasya (35), and their daughter Bolli Rishita (7). The other victims included Kodam Srinivas (40) and his son Kodam Madhav (10).

Reports indicate that the driver fell asleep at the wheel, which led to the crash. Witnesses noted that the car was traveling at high speed when it struck the lorry.

One woman survived the crash but suffered serious injuries. Emergency services arrived promptly, but unfortunately, they could not save the six who died at the scene.

The deceased hailed from Rajanna Sircilla district, prompting an outpouring of grief from their community. Local officials have expressed condolences to the families affected by this devastating incident.
